Eagle Pass ISD Sponsorship Opportunities:

Eagle Pass ISD is proud to announce that the District is launching numerous sponsorship opportunities for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year!

PLATINUM PARTNER (Bids begin at $20,000 a year for 3 years) – 1 SPACE AVAILABLE

  • ● Name the field for 3 years

  • ● 30 second Welcome and Exit Video for every game/event - Full-Screen display

  • ● 1 VIP parking spot & 4 Season Tickets

  • ● Business logo featured on tickets and Game Day/Graduation programs

  • ● Logo featured on the District Sponsorship Website

GOLD PARTNER ($12,000 for 1 year) – 4 SPACES AVAILABLE

  • ● 30 second commercial at every event where jumbotron is used - Full-Screen display

  • ● Business logo featured on tickets and Game Day/Graduation programs

  • ● Logo featured on District Sponsorship Website

  • ● 8' by 8'(approximate) ad space on the jumbotron at every Game/Event

  • ○ Displays located at the left side of the screen

SILVER PARTNER ($6,000 for 1 year) – 2 SPACES AVAILABLE

Partnership includes your choice of one of the following:

  • ● Host of all halftimes during football season (Option 1)

  • ○ All halftimes will be announced at the beginning and end as “Tonight's halftime enterainment is presented by…” and the desired logo will be displayed on the Jumbotron throughout the 28 minute show

  • ○ Post football season, your business logo and name will also be recognized at other general events where the Jumbotron will be used.

  • ○ Business logo will be featured on tickets and Game Day/Graduation programs

  • ○ Business logo featured on the District Sponsorship Website

  • ● Scholar Athlete/Scholar Artist of the Week (Option 2)

  • ○ “Scholar Athlete/Scholar Artist of the Week is brought to you by …” will be presented twice a game (once every half)

  • ○ Post football season, your business logo and name will also be recognized at other general events where the Jumbotron will be used.

  • ○ Host of all Half Times during footbal season

  • ○ Business logo will be featured on tickets and Game Day/Graduation programs

  • ○ Business logo featured on District Sponsorship Website

BRONZE PARTNER ($3,000 for 1 game during footbal season - 1 season contract) – 3 SPACES AVAILABLE

Partnership includes your choice of one of the following:

  • ● Game Hosting Opportunities

  • ○ EPHS vs WHS (Option 1)

  • ○ WHS Homecoming (Option 2)

  • ○ EPHS Homecoming (Option 3)

    • AS A GAME HOST YOU WILL RECEIVE:

  • ○ Reserved Seating on field

  • ○ VIP Parking

  • ○ Participation in the Coin Toss (1 representative)

  • ○ 2 PA announcements during the game

  • ○ Business logo featured on District Sponsorship Website

  • ○ Business logo featured on Game Day tickets and in Game Day program of the game you host

BUSINESS COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITIES – ($1,500 per Game) 7 SPACES AVAILABLE PER GAME

  • ● 30 second Ad shown twice during the course of a selected game

  • ○ Eagle Pass ISD iVision Services are available for an additional fee of $500 (Please inquire for specific details)

FAMILY OR PERSONALIZED ADS ($150 per Ad per game) - 3 SPACES AVAILABLE PER GAME
